The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is an organization dedicated to benefiting youth and supporting education, the Show commits millions of dollars to Texas students each year by funding scholarships, college endowments and much, much more.

There is no better time than now to join the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and become a part of the largest family in Texas, a family that totals, over 30,000 members.

Memberships available are Life ($500) and Annual ($50). There is also a "Life Member" plaque (11"x8") available to Life Members only for $45. For your convenience Memberships and the Plaques can be charged to VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Annual Membership

Upon approval, member receives a paper membership card and decal, renewal notice mailed every year automatically.

Annual Membership is a yearly fee of $50 includes:

1. Invitation to annual meeting of Show in May.

2. Invitation for you and a guest to annual Membership "Rodeo Kick-off Dance" (usually late January or early February).

3. Membership mailing with advanced ticket purchase information in early fall.

4. A complimentary subscription to "H" magazine (the official magazine of the Houston Livestock Show And Rodeo).

5. Corral Club membership eligibility.  Corral Club membership cost is $35 and enables you to bring guests to Corral clubs. Information is also included explaining location and entrance qualifications for all Corral clubs.

6. Eligibility to apply for a Committeeman's position on the Show's volunteer committees and work for a gold committeeman's badge and its privileges.  Committee appointments are not -guaranteed - they are based on many variables which depend on the committee in which the member is interested.

7. Eligible to apply for Life Member Conversion with payment of additional fee.  Does not fill out membership application since the same number is retained.  No approval is necessary.  Member will receive card and pin about ten days after funds are received in the membership office.

 Upon approval, member receives a gold life membership card, lapel pin and decal.

Life Membership is a one-time fee of $500 and includes:

1. All the privileges of an annual membership listed.

2. Eligibility to apply for a Committeeman's position on the Show's volunteer committees and work for a gold committeeman's badge and its privileges. Committee appointments are not -guaranteed - they are based on many variables which depend on the committee in which the member is interested.

3. Free admission to the livestock show, horse show (excluding NCHA Finals), the carnival and the World's Championship Bar-B-Que Contest by displaying the gold life membership card.

4. These benefits are only for the life member, with an estimated value of $280.

5. Each life member receives a gold life membership card and a life member pin.

6. Life member plaques ($45) are sold only to life members.  Delivery is normally ten days after order and payment is received.
Show membership does NOT include:
Admission to the Rodeo, admission to the NCHA Finals, Parking or membership to Corral Club facilities.  Gold and Silver badges are NOT privileges of Show membership.
